The Teeter gravity inversion boots can be used with the Teeter door frame bar or a simple pull up bar in the home. You can also use them outdoors provided you have a suitable bar to attach the boots to.

Inversion tables can be fairly bulky, even with their folding designs so inversion gravity boots are an excellent choice if you are short on space.

The Teeter EZ-UP gravity inversion boots are comfortable to use and have 5/8″ thick soft foam liners to minimize pressure on the feet and ankles. They also feature optional calf loops that help evenly distribute weight for even more comfort.

The boots are light weight and weigh only 2 lbs each. They are made from lightweight and durable DuPont Hytrel material.

The boots are available in a standard and XL size via the retailer and have one size fits most straps. The standard size can fit calves up to 16 inches in diameter whereas the XL variation is suitable for anyone with 16″+ calve diameter. To choose the XL variation simply click through to the retailer where you can select your preference.

The boots feature large hooks that are built for safety and have a non-skid lining. The 2.5″ hooks allow the bar to sit deeper for a more secure inversion. The hooks are also very strong and can hold weights up to 300 lbs.

The boots can be used on any secure and strong bar with a maximum diameter of up to 1.25″ (3.2 cm).

As with other Teeter inversion products the Teeter EZ-UP gravity inversion boots are FDA registered and indicated for back pain, muscle tension, herniated disc, sciatica, muscle spasm, and more!

The Teeter EZ-UP gravity inversion boots are very highly rated and an excellent choice for those looking to save space.

Gravity boots are also great for those who like to do inversion exercises such as compression-free sit-ups and inverted squats without the inversion table backrest getting in the way!

The LX9 is part of Teeters new for 2019 FitSpine range and possesses many of the same features as the slightly cheaper Teeter FitSpine X3 inversion table.

However, since the LX9 is the most advanced inversion table from the range it has a few more useful features when compared to the X3 inversion table from Teeters X-Series.

We will take a look at all of these features in the next section.

Teeter FlexTech backrest:

The new FlexTech backrest can be found on this LX9 inversion table and on the other Teeter X-series inversion tables.

As you can see in the product images, the FlexTech backrest really makes the inversion table stand out from the vast majority of inversion tables available.

You will also notice that the bed is not padded like many inversion tables these days, however there is a good reason as to why Teeter opt for this style of backrest.

As with the iconic ComforTrak backboards found on the Teeters EP-560 and EP-960 inversion tables, the LX9 and the X Series inversion tables have a smooth surface.

This is to allow for a better body slide, which allows for better spinal decompression when using a Teeter inversion table.

Padded and upholstered backboards can often cause friction while inverting whereas the smooth surface on Teeter tables let you slide down the backrest more easily, giving a better stretch with less effort.

Another reason for the molded contoured backrest is so that accessories (see next section) can be added to the backrest in order to enhance the users inversion sessions.

In addition to this, the non-padded backboard has 3 additional stretch grips surrounding the small black headrest cushion.

The stretch grip handles are great for providing additional stretching options while you invert.

The FlexTech bed also has an 8 point floating suspension system at the back which moves with your body and offers a wider range of motion and great comfort, thanks to its flexible design.

Lumbar Bridge and Accupressure Nodes accessories included:

The lumbar bridge and acupressure nodes were previously accessories that were only included on the LTD model of the Teeter EP range.

On the LX9 and the XSeries from Teeter they have now been included in the standard package.

As you can see in the image to the right, the bed on the Teeter LX9 inversion table has numerous ridges for placement of the accessories.

The lumbar bridge can be easily attached to the inversion table and there are numerous adjustment slots allowing the user to adjust the curve of the bridge.

You can set the lumbar bridge to a higher curve or a more subtle protrusion depending on the amount of lower back support you require. A great accessory for adding extra support and traction to the lower regions of the back.

You will also see there are a number of placement options for the acupressure nodes, allowing you to place them wherever you feel they may be beneficial for adding a little extra pressure.

You can simply rest upon the acupressure nodes while you invert to apply a steady pressure on troublesome areas of the back.

Or you can shift your weight around the nodes to apply a shiatsu style massage to any problematic areas of the back.

Both the lumbar bridge and the acupressure nodes are fairly unique and useful accessories not often found on inversion tables by other brands.

And while they may seem like small or perhaps irrelevant additions, they can make a a big difference and certainly enhance the inversion experience a great deal.

The aerospace-grade stainless steel ankle lock provides the user with a very easy and safe solution to mounting the table. Significantly reducing the risk of straining your back while mounting the table due to the excessive pressure which may be caused by arching your back.

A great feature for those who are a little less flexible or those who need to be cautious when bending over.

The boarding platform and arched frame are new additions that that make mounting the inversion table more accessible process.

The raised platform is non skid and is a very unique feature that is not available with any other inversion table currently.

While the boarding platform may not seem a particularly useful feature to the more agile among us, it is certainly a nice feature to help with stability and safety when using the inversion table.

Traction Handles, StretchMax Side Handles and Tether Strap with preset markings

The traction handles are another feature that are generally found on other Teeter inversion tables such as the EP-960 and the FitSpine X3.

They are an excellent addition that allows the user to apply pressure at lower inversion angles to increase spinal decompression.

In addition to this the user can also rhythmically apply pressure add oscillation while inverting.

The Stretch Max handles are a fairly standard feature found on most inversion tables. They are basically long side handles which are fairly common. They do however help with balance and movement when using the table.

The Tether strap is also a common sight on most inversion tables. It is an optional strap that attaches to the backrest and the table frame that can be adjusted to limit the angle of inversion.

In many cases the inversion tether strap is just a plain black strip of fabric so there is a little trial and error when adjusting it.

On this model however, Teeter have marked the tether strap with angular markings of 20, 40 and 60 degrees so you can be a little more precise when adjusting the angle you wish to invert at.

You also have the option to not use the strap at all, which allows for optional lockout in full inversion.

The Lx9 inversion table also features precision balancing like all other Teeter inversion tables.

This allows you to control the rotation of the bed area simply by moving your arms above your head or down by your side, in order to rotate and balance the table as you invert.

Is the Teeter FitSpine LX9 Inversion tables a worthwhile investment?

If the price of the LX9 inversion table from Teeter is within your budget then this inversion table is certainly a worthwhile choice.

At the time of writing (Oct 2018) the LX9 has only just been released and it is one of (if not) the most advanced inversion tables on the market. It is also likely to be the most advanced inversion table for a fair few years, probably until Teeter release another upgraded model.

Teeter as always, have everything covered and have packed this inversion table with very useful features to help newcomers to inversion therapy and more seasoned users.

Although it is true that many of the features on the LX9 inversion table can be found on other Teeter models such as the X3 FitSpine Inversion table (also newly released at time of writing) and the very popular EP-960 Teeter inversion table. This inversion table possesses features never before seen such as the mounting base and Bluetooth technology.

If however, the new features like the curved frame and mounting base do not seem particularly important to you personally, the X3 FitSpine inversion table may be a better, more affordable option. You may even wish to consider the X1 or X2 Fitspine inversion tables which are also similar in design to the LX9 but also lack a few of the more advanced features.

Since Teeter inversion tables tend to all be built on the same design it is often the additional features that boost the price up with each model.

This is true for both the EP range and the FitSpine Teeter inversion table range.

If for example you do not feel an extra long ankle lever is especially necessary, you can save a bit of cash and opt for the more entry level Teeter inversion tables like the X1 or EP-560. So be sure to have a look and compare the different features offered by each Teeter table and decide which will be most beneficial for your individual needs.

Overall regardless of what Teeter inversion table you consider you are likely to be very pleased with the quality and comfort provided.

Teeter inversion tables are some of the easiest to assemble and often considered the best inversion tables for spinal decompression.

The Teeter Fit Spine X-Series are Teeters “new for 2019” inversion tables.

The Teeter X-Series inversion tables are upgraded models to the EP range and overall possess fairly similar features to the Ep-560 and EP-960, a pair of Teeter inversion tables that are generally considered Teeters best inversion tables, until now!

You also have the choice of one of three models – the X1, X2, X3 or LX9. Each of which has slightly different features.

The X1 is the most basic and the cheapest inversion table from the Teeter X range and as you have probably worked out the X3 and LX9 are the most feature packed and expensive of the 4. We will look more into the differences between each model further down the page.

Much like other Teeter inversion tables, the X-series also some very high ratings from buyers.

Teeter FlexTech backrest:

The new FlexTech backrest on the Teeter X-series has to be one of the most outstanding and unique backrests found on an inversion table.

The futuristic angular design really stands out and looks incredibly stylish.

As with the ComforTrak backrests found on the EP-560 & 960 Teeter models the FlexTech backrests are not padded.

However, the reason for this is as it allows for better spinal decompression as your body is able to slide down the table while you invert more easily. Reducing the friction often encountered with padded beds.

As with the EP model ComforTrak backrests, the FlexTech backrests on the X1, X2, X3 and LX9 inversion tables from Teeter feature a ridged design which allows for accessories such as acupressure nodes and lumbar bridge to be added to the backboard.

The backrest also features Teeters trademark small black padded headrest and 3 stretch grip handles.

There are two grip handles located on each side of the headrest and one located above it at the top of the bed area.

These grips are a great addition that allow for more stretching options while inverted.

The FlexTech backrest provides great comfort and exceptional support while using the inversion table.

On the back of the table bed there is also an 8-point floating suspension system gives the backrest a flexible design that flexes as you move to maximize decompression.

Lumbar Bridge and Accupressure Nodes included:

On the EP-range of inversion tables from Teeter these additional accessories had to be bought separately (unless you opt for the slightly more expensive LTD packages).

However with the X-series they are included.

As you can see in the image to the right (optional accessories), you can add the acupressure nodes to the backrest via the ridges meaning you can place them pretty much anywhere on the table backrest to suit your preference.

The acupressure nodes are a great addition that allow you to apply pressure to certain areas of the back.

You can either shift your weight around the nodes to simulate a shiatsu style massage or simply rest upon the nodes to maintain steady and continuous pressure.

The lumbar bridge is also a great accessory to add extra support and traction to the lower region of the back.

As you can see in the image to the right there a numerous slots in which the lumbar bridge can be placed on the backrest.

This allows the user to set the bridge to a high curved angle to really protrude from the bed, or set it to a more subtle angle to provide a less noticeable amount of lower back support.

Both of these added extras are great features that really add to the inversion experience. They are also accessories not often currently found on other inversion tables making them quite unique to the Teeter range.

Each table also features comfortable wrap around ankle cups for secure support for your ankles while inverting.

All of the X-series inversion tables from Teeter also feature precision rotation which allows the user to easily control the inversion process. Simply by raising or lowering your arms you can balance the inversion table and rotate it in a controlled manner.

The tables also feature optional lock out in full inversion to keep the tables backrest securely in place when inverting fully.

The last similarity is the curved stretch bar you can see at the back of the inversion table on the lower back floor bar. The bar has been raised to provide a curve so that users have further support or an additional stretching support while inverting.

The Differences:

Side handles:

As you can see in the above images the X1 inversion table has fairly small side support handles when compared to the long full length side handles on the other two models.

For those comfortable with inversion this may be fine, however, personally I prefer longer side handles due to the extra support and assistance they can give while inverting and reverting.

Ez-Reach Ankle locks (not on this X1 model):

The Teeter X2 FitSpine inversion table features the standard EZ-Reach ankle lock system (pictured right) whereas the X3 and LX9 features the Deluxe EZ-Reach Ankle lock system.

As you can see in the above images both the X2 and X3 have extra long levers protruding from the ankle lock area.

These features are great should you wish to avoid bending down fully in order to secure your ankles. A good design feature for those who suffer from back pain.

The EZ-Reach ankle levers also provide good security and safety. The deluxe system (on the X3 and LX9) also has a triple lock system and a micro-adjustment feature.

Overall this is a nice feature to consider, should you wish to avoid putting strain on your back while bending down or if you prefer a little more security.

EZ-Stretch traction handles (X3 and LX9 only):

The traction handles are only available on the Teeter FitSpine X3 inversion table and the LX9 and are a great way to add traction at lower angles.

The traction handles are a good choice for those who are perhaps getting used to inversion, or for anyone who prefers not to invert at higher angles but still desires some good decompression from a inversion therapy session.

Simply pushing on these handles provides additional decompression and stretching options.

You can also rhythmically push the handles to allow for oscillated movement or use them as an additional aid when returning to an upright position from full inversion.

You can view the traction handles in the image to the right pointing upwards above the side handles.

Are the Teeter FitSpine X-series Inversion tables a good choice?

Teeter are a company that put a lot of effort into constantly upgrading and redesigning their already excellent inversion tables. The X range are considered by many to be as good (if not better than) the also highly rated EP range from Teeter.

Since many of the features on the X-series can be found on models from the similarly priced EP range from Teeter, the new and improved FlexTech backrest is clearly the main reason to opt for this particular inversion table.

Overall the X-series inversion tables from Teeter are a very stylish choice that are guaranteed to provide the great functionality Teeter are famous for.

They also have plenty of useful features that are great for beginners and for those more experienced with inversion therapy.

Is the Teeter X3 FitSpine inversion table the best in the series?

Out of the X1, X2 and X3 models the X3 is clearly the most advanced and has the most features, it is however also the most expensive of the 3 (as you would probably expect).

The LX9 is again more expensive due to extra features such as a mounting board and a curved frame for easier access.

The X3 is clearly the best out of the 3 X series inversion tables. However, it really depends on how beneficial the extra features are going to be for you personally, as to whether you feel they are worth the extra cost.

If you are prone to spraining your back when bending over then the long ankle lever lock is probably going to be a valuable feature.

If not, then perhaps the the X1 FitSpine may be a better option. Although the lack of extra long side handles on the X1 model may be a little off putting to some inexperienced users.

The traction handles are also a nice addition not found on the X1 or X2, but will they be overly useful to you?

It is also worth pointing out that the X3 only costs a little bit extra than the X2. For the minor difference in price the longer ankle lock lever and the traction handles certainly make this table the best option if it is a toss up between the two.

Ez-Reach Ankle locks (not on X1 model):

Ez-Reach Ankle locks (not on X1 model):

The Teeter EP-960 inversion table is (along with the similar EP-970 model), widely regarded as one of the best Teeter inversion tables available.

In addition to this Teeter are widely regarded by many, as the best inversion table brand to consider. Making the Ep-960, one of the best in the business!

If you have read through our post on inversion table features, you will quickly notice just from the images of the EP-960, that this table is packed with extra features. All of which add so much to an already exceptionally designed inversion table!

The Teeter Ep-960 is suitable for users between the heights of 4 ft 8″ up to 6 ft 6″, with a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs.

*Please note – this is the Teeter EP-960 Ltd model which comes with acupressure nodes and a lumbar bridge included (more on these later). The only difference between the EP-960 Ltd and standard 960 are these additions and therefore all of the other features below apply to both the Ltd and standard models.

You can also view the slightly cheaper, standard EP-960 model on visiting the retailer that does not include these added extras.

The nodes and bridge are also available for purchase separately.

However, inversion tables from Teeter opt for this particular style of backrest as it is far more effective for spinal decompression. Especially when compared to padded backrests that allow the body to sink into them.

Whereas a padded backrest creates more friction due to the body sinking into it, on a smooth Teeter backrest you can effortlessly slide down the backrest way more easily.

You can therefore fully stretch out your spine and back muscles more easily.

The Teeter Comfort Cushion can be bought separately for anyone wishing to add padding to their Teeter table

The EP-960 Teeter backrest also features 3 built in stretch grips, 2 each side of the padded black headrest and one at the top of the table bed above the headrest.

These grips allow for even more stretching options that simply would not be possible on an inversion table with a padded bed!

If you are worried at all that the Teeter bed may not be as comfortable as other models. Simply take a look at the reviews from buyers in the next tab, they are sure to convince you otherwise!

One last thing to mention is the thin lines you’ll have noticed scattered around the backrest. These are present so you can add additional features to the backrest such as the lumbar bridge and acupressure nodes.

You can even add a Teeter branded comfort cushion (not included with Ltd or standard model) should you insist upon having a padded backrest!

This is mainly due to the fact that they have incremental angle markings at 20, 40 and 60 degrees, making it easy to limit the inversion angle more precisely.

As with all tether strap angle limiters you have the option to remove the strap, should you not wish your inversion to be limited!

The patented EZ reach ankle lock is a really nice feature which significantly reduces the need to bend while securing your ankles into the Ergo Embrace ankle supports.

The ankle lock features triple lock security for exceptional safety while inverting, while the ergonomic ankle supports ensure that weight is evenly and comfortably distributed around the feet.

On the other hand, the inclusion of traction handles is something you are unlikely to find on other inversion tables.

The traction handles on this Teeter table allow the user the option of increasing decompression at lower angles. They can also be used for oscillation while inverted for even more decompression aid.

One last stretching implement is built into the lower floor bar at the back of the inversion table.

In the featured images above, you can see the bar raises in the middle allowing the user to easily grab hold of the bar when inverted to stretch out.

As you can see in the image to the right, below and above the bridge support are various indents for these adjustments.

The 8 colorful acupressure nodes can also be placed throughout various locations over the ComforTrak bed. They can even be placed upon the lumbar bridge due to the bridge also containing the required placement slots.

The eight nodes come in pairs and each pair varies in height to provide varying degrees of pressure.

While upon the bed you can shift your weight around the nodes to provide a shiatsu style massage sensation, or simply rest to maintain steady pressure.

Since writing this the new and improved Teeter FitSpine inversion tables have been released and therefore the EP-960 is no longer considered the best Teeter choice. You can read all the about the Teeter X3 Fitspine inversion table here and see the differences in each FitSpine model.

However, when it comes to a Teeter inversion table, you can always expect it to be a very good choice of table. So the EP-960 is still a decent choice even with the release of the FitSpine tables.

After all, Teeter are a brand that puts everything into making their inversion tables very high quality and very safe.

Unlike other inversion tables, Teeter tables are FDA registered medical devices and are put through very rigorous testing, to ensure their high quality and effectiveness is always at its best.

Anyone in doubt of just how good the Teeter brand is, need only read some of the buyer reviews in the next tab or on visiting the retailer.

The Teeter EP-960 Ltd is not only high in quality, it is also comfortable and very effective for back pain issues.

The one minor problem for some may however be the price.

It is certainly debatable if this is the best inversion table around, however it is certainly among the best that are on offer.

You simply have to look at the buyer reviews to see that the Teeter EP-560 Ltd inversion table is one of the best inversion tables available.

For many who are experienced with inversion therapy, the Teeter range are often their “go to” tables of choice. The main reason for this is often due to the high quality inversion tables Teeter produce.

The brand Teeter have been around for a great deal of time and their products are very highly regarded, always gaining very good user reviews.

The EP-560 inversion table has a recommended weight capacity of 300 lbs and is suitable for users who fall within the heights of 4 ft 8″ to 6 ft 6 “.

One of the main questions that often comes up is, what is the difference between the EP-560 and the EP-960 inversion table from Teeter?

We will look into the main differences more further down the page. If however, you are looking for a quick answer, the EP-960 features extra long side handles, traction handles and an extra long patented ankle lock handle. The Ep-960 is also a little more pricey due to the additional features.

Another question asked is, what is the difference between the standard EP-560 and the EP-560 Ltd model?

Both the standard and Ltd models are exactly the same, however in the Ltd package you will receive acupressure nodes and a lumbar support bridge. These accessories can also be bought separately. We will look into these accessories further down the page so you can decide if they would be useful for you.

If you decide the nodes and lumbar bridge are not necessary, you can click through to the retailer to view the standard EP-560 model.

The backrest is fairly unique since it has 3 additional stretching handles that are in built in to the backboard.

As you can see in the image to the right the bed area features a grip handle at the top of the backrest and two handles either side of the black padded headrest.

In addition to these useful stretch handles you can also see the the numerous ridges on the backrest which allow you to customize your Teeter table with accessories such as the lumbar bridge and acupressure nodes (also pictured on the board).

Some may wonder why Teeter inversion tables opt for this style of backrest rather than a padded bed area.

The reason for this design is to make spinal decompression more effective. The smooth surface of the backrest allows the user to slide down while inverting with minimal resistance.

On a padded inversion table you may find you sink down into the padding (especially if you are not inverting at a great enough angle) which causes more resistance. With the Teeter you can slide down the table effortlessly and get a great body stretch.

You also have the choice of adding the Teeter comfort cushion to the backrest (pictured right), should you prefer to add a little padding.

Please note that the comfort cushion is sold separately and not inclusive in the standard or limited package.

For anyone worried that the plastic bed on the Teeter models may not be as comfortable as some of the memory foam padded backrests on other inversion tables. We would recommend taking a look in the buyer reviews in the next tab, you will soon see that no one complains about the comfort provided by this style of bed.

Feature differences between the EP-560 and the EP-960:

The Side Handles:

As you can see in the image to the right when you compare the side handles on the EP-560 and 560 Ltd model to other inversion tables they are fairly short and small.

Most inversion tables including the Teeter EP-960 feature very long side handles that can be used for additional help when inverting.

If you look at other tables you will soon see the EP-560 is one of the only inversion tables with side handles this small.

So is this a negative feature? It is safe to assume some users could find this off putting depending on their level of experience.

Over the years I found I used the side handles less and less on my inversion table. As my confidence using the table grew I found was able to control the table simply by shifting my body and using my arms without having to rely on the side handles for assistance.

However I would say longer side handles are a more preferable option.

If you are not too experienced with inversion therapy but would like a Teeter inversion table, the EP-960 is probably a better choice for you. Or the “EP-560 with back pain relief set” also features extra long side handles, you can view this table on visiting the retailer.

The extra long side handles are very useful especially when starting out or if you lack confidence when using an inversion table.

The additional traction handles on the EP-960 are a nice addition for additional stretching and rhythmic oscillation.

They are not present however on this, the EP-560 model but they can be bought separately and added to the EP-560.

There are also plenty of other stretching options on the 560 model, such as the backrest grips (already mentioned) and the raised curve on the rear floor rest (pictured right).

The ankle lock device:

Both the EP-560 and the EP-960 feature cupped ankle grips to comfortably and securely hold your ankles in place.

The difference between the two models is the ankle lock device.

Whereas the EP-560 features a fairly standard spring pin device, the EP-960 features an extra long easy to reach lever.

Whether the extra long lever is necessary for you, depends mainly on how easy it is for you to bend down when securing your ankles.

Many may find the extra long ankle handle is not overly necessary, however if you lack flexibility or want to reduce the chance of straining your back then a table with a long ankle lever may be a better option!

Acupressure Nodes and Lumbar Bridge (included with EP-560 Ltd):

The colorful acupressure nodes and lumbar bridge can both be purchased separately or you can get them included should you opt for the EP-560 Ltd from Teeter.

The lumbar bridge is a very nice addition not found on many other inversion tables.

The Teeter lumbar bridge is ideal for adding support and providing deeper decompression to the lower back area whilst you invert.

You can even adjust the lumbar bridge to protrude more outwards from the table or have it provide a more subtle curve to suit your preference.

As you can see in the image (bonus accessories, right), the backrest features various indents below and above the bridge support to allow for curve adjustments.

The 8 colorful acupressure nodes can also be placed throughout various locations on the ComforTrak bed. They can also be placed on the lumbar bridge as the bridge also contains the necessary placement slots.

The eight nodes come in pairs and each pair varies in height to provide varying degrees of pressure.

While upon the bed you can shift your weight around the acupressure nodes to provide a shiatsu style massage sensation, or simply rest on the nodes and maintain steady pressure.

Is the Teeter EP-560 Inversion table a good choice?

Since writing this post Teeter have released their new range of updated inversion tables called the X Series Fitspine. You can find all the new Fitspine Teeter inversion tables here or take a look at the Teeter Fitspine X3 inversion table here to find out how the X1, X2, X3 and LX9 fitspine models differ from each other.

Generally speaking any inversion table released from the Teeter camp is going to be a very good choice, however some models will be more preferable to certain users.

As we have pointed out earlier in this page the EP-560 lacks some of the features included on the EP-960. The most notable feature being the long side handles that are not found on the EP-560 or EP-560 LTD. Both the EP 560 and 960 also lack features that are present on the updated FitSpine inversion tables.

If you are happy with the absence of long side handles, then (like all Teeter tables) the EP-560 is a very good choice of inversion table. However if having long side handles is an important feature for you to have, the EP-560 and EP-560 LTD models may not be for you.

When it comes to comfort, efficiency, ease of assembly and quality Teeter inversion tables are hard to beat.

Due to the excellent quality, many buyers feel the Teeter EP-560 inversion table is great value for money, despite its slightly higher price when compared to other brands.

If you are on the fence as to whether the EP-560 inversion table is a good choice for you, we would suggest taking a look at some of the buyer reviews in the next tab. You will soon see numerous reasons why the Teeter brand is considered to be one of the best when it comes to making inversion tables.

Overall the Teeter EP-560 is a great inversion table to consider which has a lot going for it.

The only real negative is the short side handles, which may make this table a little less appealing to the less agile and to those new to inversion.
